Tzaly Reshef
Board Chairman

Tzaly is the Arledan’s CEO since 2004 and its chairman of the board since 2016. He holds a LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and LLM from Harvard University. Tzaly was called to the bar at 1979, he practiced in the American law firm Chadbourne & Parke in New York City and he is a partner at Reshef & Shiff Law firm. Tzaly is the chairman of the board of both Variscite and Telsys. He is also one of the founders of the Israeli peace movement, Peace Now. He was a member of the 15th Knesset on behalf of the Labor Party.

Shibi Dekel
CEO

Mr. Shibi Dekel is Telsys CEO. Prior to joining Telsys on April 2000 , Shibi worked two years  for Seabridge leading the project management of the R&D division. Before joining Seabridge, Shibi worked five years for ECI telecom as Project manager and HW Eng, supporting access products for the telecom market. Shibi Dekel holds a B.S.C. from HIT (Holon Institute of Technology) since 1993 and M.B.A from Ono Academic College since July 2011. Ltd.

Boaz Finkelstein
CFO

Mr. Boaz Finkelstein is the CFO of Telsys. As chief financial officer, he is responsible for all financial activities of the company. Prior to joining Telsys in January 2008, Finkelstein served as chief financial officer for Comsec Ltd., where he managed all major financial functions. Before joining Comsec, he served as a controller for Johnson & Johnson, Multi-national company. Finkelstein started his career at PWC Israel in 1999.Finkelstein earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, from Tel-Aviv University and he is studying for MBA degree in Tel-Aviv University; he is Certificate Public Accounting (CPA). Mr. Finkelstein also serves as a director of Sightsys Ltd.

Mati Cohen
Sales Manager

Mr. Mati Cohen is in charge for all the sales & the logistic activity in Telsys.Mr.Cohen joined Telsys in 1984. Mr.Cohen carries many years of experience in components’  engineering, sales engineering,sales support and sales managements.
